Gerencia pública y gestión de áreas verdes por municipios, en la ciudad metropolitana de Iquitos, 2022

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación existente entre la gerencia pública y la gestión de áreas verdes (AV) en sus dimensiones planeación, organización, dirección, ejecución y mantenimiento, en los cuatro municipios distritales conformantes de la ciudad metropolitana de Iquitos – Perú, 2022. Se utilizó el enfoque cualicuantitativo y diseño no experimental. La investigación es de nivel descriptivo y correlacional. Para la técnica de la observación, se utilizó la lista de cotejo, para la técnica de la entrevista se empleó el guion de entrevista semiestructurada, y para el análisis documental de proyectos de inversión y expedientes técnicos se utilizó la ficha de registro de datos. Para el procesamiento de la información y prueba de hipótesis se utilizó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Los resultados muestran que existe una relación significativa entre la gerencia pública y la gestión de áreas verdes en las dimensiones señaladas, con un coeficiente de Spearman positiva que va de débil a moderada; concluyéndose que la relación entre ambas variables y sus dimensiones van de débil a moderada, no obstante, a existir un nivel alto de asociación.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between public management and the management of green areas (AV) in its dimensions of planning, organization, direction, execution and maintenance, in the four district municipalities that make up the metropolitan city of Iquitos - Peru, 2022. The qualitative approach and non-experimental design were used. The research is at a descriptive and correlational level. For the observation technique, the checklist was used, for the interview technique the semi-structured interview script was used, and for the documentary analysis of investment projects and technical files the data recording form was used. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for information processing and hypothesis testing. The results show that there is a significant relationship between public management and green area management in the dimensions indicated, with a positive Spearman coefficient that ranges from weak to moderate; concluding that the relationship between both variables and their dimensions ranges from weak to moderate, despite there being a high level of association.
