Evaluación del tiempo y costo en el proceso constructivo, entre los pavimentos: flexible y semirrígido en vías urbanas, del distrito de la banda de shilcayo, provincia y departamento de San Martín

Abstract

En el presente proyecto de tesis denominado Evaluación del Tiempo y Costo en el Proceso Constructivo, entre los Pavimentos: Flexible y Semirrígido en Vías Urbanas, del Distrito De La Banda de Shilcayo, Provincia y Departamento de San Martín; este estudio tiene como finalidad hacer un comparativo entre el tiempo ejecutado en un proyecto de pavimentación y costo por metro cuadrado, que se obtendrá al costear dichas propuestas entre las alternativas de estudio seleccionadas. Basándose en el comportamiento que tienen cada una de estos, partiendo de la base de que las dos alternativas, son soluciones satisfactorias para el proyecto de pavimentación y centrado el análisis en dos factores preponderantes; Por un lado, el factor económico, en el cual está involucrado el valor inicial de cada alternativa, junto con el de conservación y rehabilitación de estos durante un ciclo de vida determinada. Por otro lado, se expone el factor funcional, mediante el cual se verifica cuál de los dos pavimentos es el más apropiado. El proyecto se basa en una investigación descriptiva, presentando las características de los pavimentos flexibles y semirrígido, así como sus análisis de costo, sus ventajas y desventajas, siendo el principal método de trabajo, la recolección de datos, esto nos permitirá identificar cuál de las alternativas se ejecutará en el menor tiempo y la más económica, lo cual permitirá a las autoridades y proyectistas decidir por una de las alternativas estudiadas para la ejecución de los diferentes proyectos.

In this thesis project called Evaluation of Time and Cost in the Construction Process, between Pavements: Flexible and Semi-rigid in Urban Roads, of the District of La Banda de Shilcayo, Province and Department of San Martín; The purpose of this study is to make a comparison between the time taken in a paving project and the cost per square meter, which will be obtained by paying for said proposals among the selected study alternatives. Based on the behavior of each of these, starting from the basis that the two alternatives are satisfactory solutions for the paving project and the analysis focused on two preponderant factors; On the one hand, the economic factor, in which the initial value of each alternative is involved, together with the conservation and rehabilitation of these during a determined life cycle. On the other hand, the functional factor is exposed, by which it is verified which of the two pavements is the most appropriate. The project is based on a descriptive research, presenting the characteristics of flexible and semi-rigid pavements, as well as their cost analysis, their advantages and disadvantages, being the main work method, data collection, this will allow us to identify which of the Alternatives will be executed in the shortest time and the most economical, which will allow the authorities and designers to decide on one of the alternatives studied for the execution of the different projects.
