Programas simultáneos en la formación de estudiantes de computación e informática del instituto superior tecnológico julio cesar Tello en tiempos de pandemia covid19, distrito de villa el salvador, 2020

Abstract

Los tiempos de pandemia han modificado los modelos de tecnología y la sociedad no ha sido ajena a estos cambios y ahora muchas de las cosas se hacen de forma diferente en diferentes ámbitos, uno de ellos es la educación, en la cual se ha cambiado de ser generalmente presencial a la modalidad virtual, usando para ello plataformas de software que son síncronas y asíncronas, pero estas modalidades de aprendizajes no soluciona el problema en sí, sino que así como tiene fortalezas, también existen sus debilidades, las cuales se agravan de acuerdo al escenario donde son aplicadas, es por ello que en esta investigación se analizará esta problemática examinada desde la perspectiva de usabilidad, infraestructura, aprendizaje y docentes, para lo cual se formuló el siguiente problema de investigación: ¿De qué manera usan los programas simultáneos los alumnos de Computación e Informática del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello en tiempos de pandemia COVID-19, distrito de Villa el Salvador, 2020?, planteándose el siguiente objetivo general: Determinar de qué manera usan los programas simultáneos los alumnos de Computación e Informática del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello en tiempos de pandemia COVID-19, distrito de Villa el Salvador, 2020; con la siguiente hipótesis: Los programas simultáneos son usadas de manera positiva por los estudiantes de Computación e Informática del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello en tiempos de pandemia COVID-19, distrito de Villa el Salvador, 2020?. El tipo de investigación se desarrolló bajo un modelo de nivel descriptivo explicativo, con diseño no experimental transaccional, con una población de 150 alumnos de Computación e Informática del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello, de los cuales se eligió a todos los estudiantes que tienen las condiciones geográficas, de infraestructura y de salud, para llevar sus cursos de forma remota, que son un total de 90 estudiantes. Los resultados son los siguientes: El 15.79%, dijo que la plataforma era fácil de usar, el 36.84% manifiesta que casi siempre y el 47.37% manifiesta que la plataforma zoom es siempre fácil de usar El 21.05%, responde que casi nunca dispone de la infraestructura necesaria para el desarrollo de sus actividades en sesiones virtuales simultáneos, el 31.58% responde que a veces, el 36.84% responde que casi siempre y solo el 10.53% manifiesta que siempre dispone de la infraestructura necesaria para el desarrollo de sus actividades en sesiones virtuales síncronas. El 10.53% cree que casi nunca el aprendizaje es mejor de manera virtual, el 68.42% cree que solo a veces, el 15.79% cree que casi siempre y solo el 5.26% cree que siempre es mejor el aprendizaje usando programas virtuales. El 5.26% responde que a veces sus docentes no cumplen con sus obligaciones en las sesiones de aprendizaje, el 78.95% responde que casi siempre cumplen y el 15.79% manifiesta que siempre sus docentes no cumplen con sus obligaciones en las sesiones de aprendizaje. El 47.37% manifiesta que a veces las clases virtuales mediante programas virtuales síncronas son mejores que las presenciales, el 52.63% prefiere las clases presenciales.

The times of pandemic have modified the models of technology and society has not been immune to these changes and now many of the things are done differently in different areas, one of them is education, in which it has changed to be generally face-to-face to the virtual modality, using software platforms that are synchronous and asynchronous, but these learning modalities do not solve the problem in itself, but just as it has strengths, there are also weaknesses, which are aggravated according to the scenario where they are applied, that is why this research will analyze this problem examined from the perspective of usability, infrastructure, learning and teachers, for which the following research problem was formulated: In what way do the students of Computing and Informatics of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello use the simultaneous programs in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, district of Villa el Salvador, 2020? simultaneous programs for the Computing and Informatics students of the Julio Cesar Tello Higher Technological Institute in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, district of Villa el Salvador, 2020; with the following hypothesis: The simultaneous programs are used in a positive way by the students of Computing and Informatics of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, district of Villa el Salvador, 2020 ?. The type of research was developed under a descriptive-explanatory model, with a non-experimental transactional design, with a population of 150 Computing and Informatics students from the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Julio Cesar Tello, from which all students who have the geographical, infrastructure and health conditions, to take their courses remotely, which are a total of 90 students. The following results were obtained: 15.79% respond that sometimes the platform is easy to use, 36.84% say that it is almost always and 47.37% say that the zoom platform is always easy to use 21.05% respond that they almost never have the necessary infrastructure for the development of their activities in simultaneous virtual sessions, 31.58% respond that sometimes, 36.84% respond that almost always and only 10.53% state that they always have the infrastructure necessary for the development of its activities in synchronous virtual sessions. 10.53% believe that learning is almost never better in a virtual way, 68.42% believe that only sometimes, 15.79% believe that almost always and only 5.26% believe that learning is always better using virtual programs. 5.26% respond that sometimes their teachers do not fulfill their obligations in the learning sessions, 78.95% answer that they almost always comply and 15.79% state that their teachers always do not fulfill their obligations in the learning sessions. 47.37% state that sometimes virtual classes through synchronous virtual programs are better than face-to-face classes, 52.63% prefer face-to-face classes.
