Gestion de la calidad en obras de pavimentacion según pobladores del A.H Guillermo Rengifo del distrito de San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2023

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el nivel en que se relaciona la Gestión De La Calidad y su Impacto En Las Obras De Pavimentación Según Pobladores Del A.H Guillermo Rengifo En El Distrito De San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2023. La investigación fue de tipo Correlacional y diseño no experimental transeccional correlacional. La población la conformó 223 viviendas y la muestra fue 141 viviendas de la provincia de Maynas del Departamento de Loreto. Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de datos fueron la encuesta y el análisis documental y el instrumento el cuestionario. El análisis de los datos se realizó empleando la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de cada variable y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica Chi Cuadrada para la demostración de la hipótesis. El resultado de la investigación demostró que: la Gestión De La Calidad se relaciona en forma moderada con las Obras De Pavimentación Según Pobladores Del A.H El Guillermo Rengifo En El Distrito De San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2023, cuando se obtuvo r = 63.37%.

The objective of the research was: To determine the level at which Quality Management and its Impact on Paving Works is related, according to residents of AH Guillermo Rengifo in the District of San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2023. The research was of the Correlational type and a non-experimental transectional correlational design. The population was made up of 223 houses and the sample was 141 houses in the province of Maynas in the Department of Loreto. The techniques used in data collection were the survey and documentary analysis and the instrument the questionnaire. The data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics for the study of each variable and non-parametric inferential statistics Chi Square for the demonstration of the hypothesis. The result of the investigation showed that: Quality Management is moderately related to Paving Works According to Populations of AH Guillermo Rengifo in the District of San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2023, when r = 63.37% was obtained.
