El impedir el ingreso a las entidades públicas por razón de vestimenta genera un trato diferenciado Loreto 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación partió del problema ¿El exigir una determinada vestimenta para ingresar a una institución pública se encuentra amparado por ley? Y el objetivo fue: Explicar si el exigir una determinada vestimenta para ingresar a una institución pública se encuentra amparado por ley. La técnica que se empleó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. La población estuvo conformada por los ciudadanos de la Provincia de Maynas. El diseño que se empleo fue no experimental de tipo transaccional correlacional. Para el análisis estadístico se usó la estadística descriptiva, para el estudio de las variables en forma independiente y para demostración de las hipótesis se usó la prueba paramétrica chi cuadrado (x2). Los resultados indicaron que: En el derecho interno nacional, no existe normativa que indique que prendas de vestir se debe utilizar para ingresar a una entidad pública estatal y que con ese accionar se vulnera el derecho a que nadie debe ser discriminado por razón de vestimenta protegido en el numeral 2 del artículo 2 de la Constitución Política del Perú

The present investigation started from the problem: Is requiring a certain clothing to enter a public institution protected by law? The population was made up of the citizens of the Province of Maynas. The design that was used was non-experimental of the transactional-correlational type. For the statistical analysis, descriptive statistics were used, for the study of the variables independently and to demonstrate the hypotheses, the parametric chi-square test (x2) was used. The results indicated that: In national domestic law, there is no regulation that indicates what clothing must be used to enter a state public entity and that with this action the right that no one should be discriminated against due to protected clothing is violated. in numeral 2 of article 2 of the Political Constitution of Peru.
