Abstract
OBJETIVO: Comprender la relación entre la satisfacción y calidad de la atención en puérperas atendidas en un hospital de Iquitos, 2023
METODOLOGÍA: investigación observacional, no experimental, correlacional y prospectiva.
RESULTADOS: La atención en el parto es percibida por la puérpera 8I.2 % están satisfechas, 4.1% muy satisfechas. En el puerperio 96.6% están satisfechas y el 1,1% están muy satisfechas. En atención al recién nacido 97% están satisfechas y 2.6% muy satisfechas. La logística el 98.5% están satisfechas y el 1.5% muy satisfechas. La calidad de atención en el parto, 78,3 % buena, 18.2% regular y 3.5% mala. en el puerperio el 90.6% buena, 8,6% regular y el 0,8% mala. Atención al recién nacido, 98.9% considera buena. La logística el 97,7% considera buena. Conclusión: hay relación de la satisfacción con la calidad del servicio de los profesionales de ginecología en la atención del: parto, puerperio, y recién nacido (p=000); pero no está relacionado la satisfacción con la calidad de servicio logístico (p=0.977)
OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the level of satisfaction and the perception of the quality of care in postpartum women treated in a hospital in the city of Iquitos, 2023 METHODOLOGY: observational, non-experimental, correlational and prospective research. RESULTS: The postpartum women perceived the care during childbirth 8.2% were satisfied, 4.1% were very satisfied. In the puerperium, 96.6% are satisfied and 1.1% are very satisfied. In newborn care, 97% are satisfied and 2.6% are very satisfied. Logistics: 98.5% are satisfied and 1.5% are very satisfied. The quality of care during childbirth was 78.3% good, 18.2% fair and 3.5% poor. in the puerperium, 90.6% were good, 8.6% were fair and 0.8% were poor. Newborn care is considered good by 98.9%. Logistics were considered good by 97.7%. CONCLUSION: there is a relationship between satisfaction and the quality of service of gynecology professionals in the care of: childbirth, puerperium, and newborn (p=000); However, satisfaction is not related to the quality of logistics service (p=0.977)
