Abstract
La finalidad de esta investigación es comparar los niveles de
inteligencia emocional en estudiantes que asisten al Centro Rural de
Formación en Alternancia, Comunidad Estirón del Cuzco y la Institución
Educativa N° 60078 Yraida Rojas Regra en la ciudad de Pevas, 2022.
Investigación cuantitativa, con método hipotético – deductivo.
Población integrada por 46 estudiantes del Centro Rural de Formación en
Alternancia, Comunidad Estirón del Cuzco y 388 estudiantes de la
Institución Educativa N” 60078 Yraida Rojas Regra, siendo en total 434
estudiantes en la ciudad de Pevas. Se utilizó el inventario Emocional Baron:
NA– A, de Reuven Bar-0n.
Para analizar la información se utilizó el software SPSS v23,
obteniendo los resultados siguientes: respecto al Centro Rural de
Formación en Alternancia Comunidad Estirón del Cuzco, el 65% mostraron
nivel promedio o adecuada, el 25% alta o muy desarrollada y el 10%
tuvieron baja o por mejorar. Respecto a la I.E. N” 60078 Yraida Rojas
Regra, el 59,8% mostraron nivel promedio o adecuada, el 22,8% alta o muy
desarrollada y el 17,4% baja o por mejorar.
Concluye: Existen diferencias al comparar los niveles de inteligencia
emocional en el Centro Rural de Formación en Alternancia, Comunidad
Estirón del Cuzco y la Institución Educativa N° 60078 Yraida Rojas Regra
en la ciudad de Pevas (U Mann Whitney=417,5; p=0,000).
