Abstract
El objetivo es describir el comportamiento de las exportaciones de productos artesanales, y determinar el grado de concentración de los mercados de exportación, con potencialidad para Loreto. La metodología comprendió revisión de data histórica, según registro de SUNAT,
Los resultados señalan una actividad pequeña, entre el 0.039% y el 0.028% respecto del total del país. El comportamiento decreciente en valor, -13% en el periodo del 2015 al 2019. Alta concentración de las exportaciones de artesanía en 10 principales productos, 89.07% en el año 2015, y se mantiene en el 2019, 89.98%. Respecto a los mercados por tipo de producto por partida arancelaria se tiene diversos nivele de concentración de mercados en los cuatro productos de artesanía analizados. En uno de ellos, partida arancelaria 4202320000, la concentración de los 10 principales mercados crece significativamente, va del 73.46% en el 2015 al 92.07% en el año 2019. En otro de ellos, partida arancelaria 4420100000, la concentración de los 10 principales mercados se reduce significativamente, va del 80.25% en el 2015, al 67.23% en el año 2019. La exportación desde la región Loreto a través de la aduana de Iquitos, es nula, no registra ningún año.
The objective is to describe the behavior of exports of artisan products, and determine the degree of concentration of export markets, with potential for Loreto. The methodology included a review of historical data, according to the SUNAT registry. The results indicate a small activity, between 0.039% and 0.028% of the total for the country. The decreasing behavior in value, -13% in the period from 2015 to 2019. High concentration of handicraft exports in 10 main products, 89.07% in 2015, and remains in 2019, 89.98%. Regarding the markets by type of product by tariff heading, there are different levels of market concentration in the four handicraft products analyzed. In one of them, tariff heading 4202320000, the concentration of the 10 main markets grows significantly, going from 73.46% in 2015 to 92.07% in 2019. In another of them, tariff heading 4420100000, the concentration of the 10 main markets it is significantly reduced, going from 80.25% in 2015 to 67.23% in 2019.
