Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral durante la pandemia en el personal de enfermería, hospital Iquitos 2021, se utilizó el método cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal y correlacional.
La muestra estuvo conformada por 150 personal de enfermería, el cual tuvo como resultado, el 79,3% presentan un nivel medio de síndrome de burnout, 74,0% presentan agotamiento emocional nivel muy bajo, el 72,7% presentan un nivel bajo de despersonalización y el 49,3% presentan un nivel alto de realización personal.
En satisfacción laboral, el 80,0% presentan satisfacción laboral regular en satisfacción por el trabajo, 54,7% presentan satisfacción laboral regular en tensión relacionada con el trabajo, 42,7% presentan satisfacción laboral parcialmente insatisfecha en competencias profesionales, 42,0% presentan satisfacción laboral parcialmente insatisfecha en presión del trabajo, 39,3% presentan satisfacción laboral regular en promoción profesional, 44,7% presentan parcial satisfacción laboral en relación interpersonal con sus jefes, 41,3% presentan parcial satisfacción laboral en relación interpersonal con los compañeros, 43,3% presentan parcial satisfacción laboral en características extrínsecas del estatus, 44,7% presentan satisfacción laboral regular en monotonía laboral, en promedio el 84,7% presentan satisfacción laboral regular.
The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction during the pandemic in nursing personnel, Iquitos 2021 hospital, using the quantitative method, descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional and correlational design. The sample consisted of 150 nursing personnel, which resulted in 79.3% presenting a medium level of burnout syndrome, 74.0% presenting a very low level of emotional exhaustion, 72.7% presenting a low level depersonalization and 49.3% present a high level of personal fulfillment. In job satisfaction, 80.0% show regular job satisfaction in job satisfaction, 54.7% show regular job satisfaction in work-related tension, 42.7% show partially unsatisfied job satisfaction in professional skills, 42.0 % present partially unsatisfied job satisfaction in work pressure, 39.3% present regular job satisfaction in professional promotion, 44.7% present partial job satisfaction in interpersonal relationship with their bosses, 41.3% present partial job satisfaction in interpersonal relationship with The colleagues, 43.3% present partial job satisfaction in extrinsic characteristics of the status, 44.7% present regular job satisfaction in job monotony, on average, 84.7% present regular job satisfaction
