Abstract
Esta investigación lleva como título “Aplicación de la fisioterapia para
regular la hipertonía muscular en estudiantes de educación inicial con
parálisis cerebral infantil espástico del cebe 9 octubre - 2021”, se aplicó
el diseño de investigación pre experimental, teniendo como población y
muestra a 30 niños de 03 a 07 años con parálisis cerebral infantil
espástico que estudian en el nivel inicial en el CEBE 9 de Octubre del
distrito de San Juan Bautista en el periodo 2021, donde se logró
establecer que el Método Bobath es la mejor técnicas o métodos
fisioterapéuticos que se usa para el tratamiento de la hipertonía muscular
de los estudiantes de educación inicial con parálisis cerebral infantil
espástico del CEBE 9 de octubre, debido a los resultados satisfactorios
que se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de esta técnica, también se pudo
Identificar que la frecuencia de la aplicación del Método Bobath como
tratamiento fisioterapéutico de la hipertonía muscular de los estudiantes
de educación inicial con parálisis cerebral infantil espástico del CEBE 9
de Octubre en el año 2021 se debe efectuar durante 90 sesiones de 40
minutos, dividido en tratamiento por partes del cuerpo y por último, se
logró determinar que el nivel de efectividad de las técnica fisioterapéutica
Bobath aplicada para regular hipertonía muscular de los estudiantes de
educación inicial con parálisis cerebral infantil espástico del CEBE 9 de
Octubre en el año 2021, es muy efectiva de acuerdo a los resultados
obtenidos durante su medición y mejora de los pacientes, esta
investigación se aplico el diseño pre experimental teniendo como
muestra 30 niños de edades entre 3 y 7 años, estudiantes del CEBE 9
de Octubre.
