Abstract
La finalidad de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el
estrés y clima laboral en los trabajadores de la Entidad Prestadora de
Servicios de Saneamiento de agua potable y alcantarillado de Loreto S.A.
en la Región Loreto, 2023.
Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, prospectivo analítico, diseño no
experimental transversal, población conformada por 328 trabajadores entre
las sedes de Iquitos, Yurimaguas y Requena de la E.P.S. SEDALORETO
S.A., muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo la muestra
216 trabajadores, técnica encuesta, instrumentos escala Clima laboral Cl –
SPC., y Estrés Laboral de la OIT –OMS.
Se analizó la información mediante el software SPSS v23, dando los
siguientes resultados. Variable estrés, el 73,6% de trabajadores mostraron
nivel leve, 24,1% moderado y alto en 2,3%. Variable clima laboral, el 46,3%
de trabajadores manifestaron que el clima laboral fue medio; el 32,9%
favorable, 13% desfavorable, 5,6% muy favorable y el 2,3% muy
desfavorable. Concluye: No existe relación estadística entre el estrés y el
clima laboral en los trabajadores de la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios de
Saneamiento de agua potable y alcantarillado de Loreto S.A. en la Región
Loreto (X2 C= 12,990; gl=8; p=0,112>0,05).
The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between stress and work environment in the workers of the Drinking Water and Sewage Sanitation Services Provider Entity of Loreto S.A. in the Loreto Region, 2023. Quantitative, descriptive, prospective analytical study, nonexperimental cross-sectional design, population made up of 328 workers between the Iquitos, Yurimaguas and Requena headquarters of the E.P.S. SEDALORETO S.A., sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience, the sample being 216 workers, survey technique, Cl - SPC. Work Environment scale instruments, and ILO - WHO Work Stress. The information was analyzed using SPSS v23 software, giving the following results. Stress variable, 73.6% of workers showed a mild level, 24.1% moderate and 2.3% high. Work environment variable, 46.3% of workers stated that the work environment was average; 32.9% favorable, 13% unfavorable, 5.6% very favorable and 2.3% very unfavorable.
