Abstract
La existencia de conflictos en la vida de las personas forma parte de lo cotidiano. El problema es generado cuando se desconoce cómo gestionar el mismo y se tiene que recurrir a la violencia. Por esta razón, este trabajo ha marcado su objetivo principal en ayudar a los estudiantes a gestionar sus conflictos sin recurrir a la violencia.
Los conflictos en el aula merecen una atención prioritaria para todos los docentes, directivos y trabajadores de la institución, puesto que normalmente cuando nos referimos a un conflicto la idea que da esta palabra es negativa, ya que muchos de los motivos que provocan conflictos resultan de las diferencias personales (creencias, valores, su personalidad), tendencias humanas conflictivas (envidia, pereza, indiferencia) o causas contextuales (asignación de tareas, estados de ánimo).
El presente Trabajo de Investigación se centra en conocer el nivel de gestión de conflictos. Importante en lo teórico porque los resultados del Trabajo de investigación podrán incorporarse al conocimiento teórico científico. En lo metodológico porque ayudara a realizar la operacionalización de la variable en estudio, lo que permitirá la elaboración del instrumento de recolección de datos. En lo práctico porque permitirá la resolución de problemas relacionado al conflictos dentro del aula y en lo social porque los beneficiarios de la investigación serán los miembros de la comunidad educativa.
The existence of conflicts in people's lives is part of everyday life. The problem is generated when it is unknown how to manage it and you have to resort to violence. For this reason, this work has marked its main objective in helping students to manage their conflicts without resorting to violence. Conflicts in the classroom deserve priority attention for all teachers, managers and workers of the institution, since normally when we refer to a conflict the idea given by this word is negative, since many of the reasons that cause conflicts result from personal differences (beliefs, values, your personality), conflicting human tendencies (envy, laziness, indifference) or contextual causes (assignment of tasks, moods). This Research Work focuses on knowing the level of conflict management. Theoretically important because the results of the research work can be incorporated into scientific theoretical knowledge. In the methodological aspect because it will help to carry out the operationalization of the variable under study, which will allow the elaboration of the data collection instrument. In the practical because it will allow the resolution of problems related to conflicts within the classroom and in the social because the beneficiaries of the research will be the members of the educational community.
