Abstract
El emprendimiento surge en la ciudad de Leticia, Colombia, como consecuencia de satisfacer necesidades insatisfechas de los consumidores. El negocio es líder en la distribución al por mayor y al por menor de estos productos.
Proyecta incursionar en nuevos mercados del ámbito geográfico, en las comunidades indígenas (44 en todo el trapecio Amazónico); para ello se dispone a trabajar con una red de pequeños negocios minoristas ubicados en estos asentamientos poblacionales.
La formación organizacional es pequeña, cada miembro tiene cargos designados y funciones establecidas para lograr un buen desarrollo del negocio y reducir costos de personal.
El estudio económico y financiero presenta un importante margen bruto y operativo, con la consiguiente rentabilidad y liquidez para cumplir con todos los compromisos comerciales. El negocio genera una rentabilidad expresada en un VAN económico de 680,020,202 pesos colombianos, y una Tasa Interna de Rentabilidad (TIR) económica, 229%. Este negocio se apalanca, y logra VAN Financiero de 534,839,852 pesos colombianos, y una TIR de 334%.
The enterprise arises in the city of Leticia, Colombia, as a consequence of satisfying the unsatisfied needs of consumers.
