María del Amazonas” del distrito de Punchana durante el año 2023. Fue de tipo descriptivo, no experimental y el diseño específico descriptivo transversal. Delimitada por 30 docentes, y la muestra la conformaron el 100% de la población y seleccionada de forma no aleatoria intencionada. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta/cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que; Existe un Clima Organizacional regular docentes que laboran en la I.E.P.S.M. en estudio.The objective of the study was: To determine the organizational climate in teachers of the I.E.P.S.M.
