El estudio fue de tipo confirmatorio de diseño correlacional transversal, que comprendió una muestra de 60 miembros de los elencos de teatro de la ciudad de Iquitos. Se empleó dos cuestionarios para medir las variables de estudio. Los resultados permitieron comprobar la validez de la hipótesis general de investigación formulada que afirma que, existe relación significativa entre la producción teatral y las competencias comunicativas en los miembros de elencos de teatro de Iquitos 2023. Así mismo, se comprobó la validez de las hipótesis derivadas, que afirman que: a) Existe relación entre la producción teatral y la competencia escuchar en los miembros de elencos de teatro de Iquitos 2023 (rs=0.723; Sig. < 0.01); b) Existe relación entre la producción teatral y la competencia leer en los miembros de elencos de teatro de Iquitos 2023 (rs=0.582; Sig. < 0.01); c) Existe relación entre la producción teatral y la competencia hablar en los miembros de elencos de teatro de Iquitos 2023 (rs=0.698; Sig. < 0.01); c) Existe relación entre la producción teatral y la competencia escribir en los miembros de elencos de teatro de Iquitos 2023 (rs=0.511; Sig. < 0.01).The objective of the research was: To determine the relationship between theatrical production and communication skills in the members of theater casts in Iquitos 2023. The study was of a confirmatory type with a cross-sectional correlational design, which included a sample of 60 cast members. theater in the city of Iquitos. Two questionnaires were used to measure the study variables. The results allowed us to verify the validity of the general research hypothesis formulated that affirms that there is a significant relationship between theatrical production and communication skills in the members of theater casts of Iquitos 2023.
