La población estuvo conformada por abogados del Colegio de Abogados de Loreto, la muestra fue de 40 abogados, el diseño que se empleó fue no experimental de tipo correlacional, el método de investigación fue Científico -Descriptivo, los resultados: Si es posible que estos se puedan tramitar con exclusividad a nivel notarial y en caso exista oposición recién, sea de conocimiento del Juez de Paz Letrado, a la fecha es a elección del usuario si lo hace notarialmente o judicialmente ambos supuestos.This research stemmed from the question: Is it possible for intestate succession and birth certificate rectification procedures to fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of notaries, with judicial intervention only occurring in cases of opposition? The objective was to explain whether intestate succession and birth certificate rectification procedures can fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of notaries, with judicial intervention only occurring in cases of opposition. The technique used was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The population consisted of lawyers from the Loreto Bar Association, and the sample comprised 40 lawyers. The research design was non-experimental and correlational, and the research method was descriptive-scientific. The results showed that it is possible for these procedures to be processed exclusively by notaries, with the matter only being referred to the Justice of the Peace in cases of opposition.
