Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude about self-collection of molecular testing for HPV in users of the Bellavista Nanay Health Center, December 2025 to February 2026. Methodology: This was a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and prospective research; with a sample of 105 users between 30 and 49 years old who attended the Bellavista Nanay Health Center, December 2025 to February 2026 and probabilistic sampling type, simple random. Results: The predominant profile was women aged 30 to 39 years 70.5%, with a secondary education 55.2%, living with their partners 60%, and mostly residing in rural areas 51.4%. Despite being in a key age range for prevention, a significant knowledge gap exists. Since only 62.9% possessed an average of knowledge regarding self-administered HPV testing, and a large majority 82.9% displayed an indifferent attitude, this indicates a low perception of risk or a lack of motivation toward this preventive tool. Conclusion: There is no statistically significant relationship (p=0.795) between of knowledge and the attitude toward self-administered HPV molecular testing among users of the Bellavista Nanay Health Center.application/pdfeshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ConocimientoActitudAutotoma y prueba molecular para VPHKnowledgeAttitudeSelf-administered HPV molecular testingConocimiento y actitud sobre la autotoma de prueba molecular para vph en usuarias del centro de salud bellavista nanay, diciembre 2025 a febrero 2026Thesishttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.02
