Materials and Methods: The research responds to a non-experimental, transectional, basic, prospective, observational, analytical design. The population consisted of 439 mothers with children aged 1 to 4 years who attend the CRED IPRESS I.4 Moronacocha service every month, the sample was 210 mothers. Simple random sampling was used, and the selection of mothers in the sample was made using the random number table. Survey technique. Instrument: Questionnaire. Results: 100% said they were satisfied with the nursing care at the CRED IPRESS I.4 service. 100% of the mothers were highly satisfied with the humane and timely treatment. The level of satisfaction was high in 94.8%, medium in 5.2%, and finally, continuous satisfaction was high in 75.2%, medium in 24.3% and low in 0.5%. Conclusions: 5.
