Se realizó una investigación cuyo objetivo fue determinar, luego de una
revisión bibliográfica y análisis estadísticos del caso la prevalencia de los
casos de violencia que sufrieron las mujeres que acudieron al Centro de
Emergencia Mujer Iquitos del PNCVFS en el periodo enero 2015 y setiembre
2019. Se utilizó la Ficha de Recojo de Información del mencionado Centro de
Emergencia Mujer. Los instrumentos seleccionados y los datos derivados de
su aplicación procedieron del Centro de Emergencia Mujer Iquitos del
PNCVFS, entidad altamente especializada que utiliza su batería de pruebas
debidamente validada y confiabilizada para la zona. Con el acceso a estos
datos se establecieron las características sociodemográficas de las mujeres
que acudieron al Centro de Emergencia Mujer Iquitos entre el periodo enero
2015 y setiembre 2019, tomando en cuenta las variables edad y grado de
instrucción, así como se estableció los casos prevalencia de violencia física,
violencia psicológica, violencia sexual y violencia patrimonial en las mujeres
de la muestra. El tipo de investigación fue con un enfoque cuantitativo porque
las respuestas al cuestionario fueron procesadas estadísticamente. El
procesamiento estadístico fue realizado con el programa estadístico SPSS
versión 25 y se recurrió a la análisis de frecuencias, la estadística univariada y
el análisis de prevalencia. Se establecieron las conclusiones que, en términos
generales, precisaron que: el grupo etario predominante en la muestra fue el
grupo Adolescente Joven y Adulto Joven. Que en el grupo el grado de
Instrucción predominante es el grupo con Primaria Completa. Que el Distrito
de ocurrencia predominante es el Distrito de Iquitos. Que el Estado Civil
predominante es el de Conviviente. En cuanto a los tipos de violencia contra
la mujer se encontró que el tipo de violencia predominante es la violencia
psicológica seguida de la violencia física. También se encontró que: la
violencia física tiende a incrementarse, que la violencia psicológica tiende a
disminuir, que la violencia sexual tiende a disminuir y que la violencia
patrimonial tiende a incrementarse. Se plantearon las recomendaciones
pertinentes.
An investigation was carried out whose objective was to determine, after a
bibliographic review and statistical analysis of the case, the prevalence of
cases of violence suffered by women who attended the Iquitos Women's
Emergency Center of the PNCVFS in the period January 2015 to

data, the sociodemographic characteristics of the women who attended the
Iquitos Women's Emergency Center between the period January 2015 to
September 2019 were established, taking into account the variables age
and level of education, as well as the prevalence cases of physical violence,
psychological violence, sexual violence and patrimonial violence in the
women of the sample. The type of research was with a quantitative
approach because the responses to the questionnaire were processed
statistically. Statistical processing was carried out with the SPSS version 25
statistical program and frequency analysis, univariate statistics and
prevalence analysis were used. Conclusions were established that, in
general terms, stated that: the predominant age group in the sample was
the Young Adolescent and Young Adult group. That in the group the
predominant level of Education is the group with Completed Primary. That
the District of predominant occurrence is the District of Iquitos. That the
predominant Civil Status is Cohabitant. Regarding the types of violence
against women, it was found that the predominant type of violence is
psychological violence followed by physical violence. It was also found that:
physical violence tends to increase, that psychological violence tends to
decrease, that sexual violence tends to decrease and that patrimonial
violence tends to increase. Pertinent recommendations were made.
