Evaluación estructural de pavimento de la carretera Iquitos – nauta con viga benkelman, tramo km 16+300 - km 17+800

Abstract

La presente tesis trata sobre la evaluación estructural de pavimento por el método no destructivo, realizada en el tramo Km. 16+300 al km. 17+800 de la Carretera Iquitos – Nauta haciendo uso de la viga Benkelman doble brazo. Se evaluó la capacidad estructural del pavimento por medio del estudio de las deflexiones en su estructura, aplicando el criterio establecido por el CONREVIAL. Como la deflexión característica resultó ser menor a la deflexión admisible, se concluyó para el tramo representativo de toda la vía, bajo las condiciones actuales de tránsito, un comportamiento estructural aceptable. Con la finalidad de establecer el comportamiento a tracción de las capas de pavimento, se efectuó el análisis de las curvas de deflexión conjuntamente con los radios de curvatura, siendo el promedio de éstos mayor a 300m, concluyéndose consecuentemente, de una buena conformación de las capas del pavimento y que la deflexión se produce en la subrasante, asimismo que se trata de un terreno de fundación de buen comportamiento.

This thesis deals with the structural evaluation of pavement by the non-destructive method, carried out in the stretch Km. 16 + 300 per km. 17 + 800 of the Iquitos - Nauta Highway making use of the Benkelman double arm beam. The structural capacity of the pavement was evaluated by studying the deflections in its structure, applying the criteria established by CONREVIAL. As the characteristic deflection turned out to be less than the admissible deflection, an acceptable structural behavior was concluded for the representative section of the entire road, under current traffic conditions. In order to establish the traction behavior of the pavement layers, the analysis of the deflection curves was carried out together with the radii of curvature, the average of these being greater than 300m, consequently concluding, of a good conformation of the layers of the pavement and that the deflection occurs in the subgrade, also that it is a foundation ground with good behavior.
