El estrés y clima laboral del personal de una empresa en la ciudad de Iquitos, 2021

Abstract

El propósito de la investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre el estrés con el clima laboral en los trabajadores de la empresa " Distribuciones Loreto S.A.C” en la ciudad de Iquitos, año 2021. La investigación pertenece al enfoque cuantitativo y se sustenta en el método de investigación hipotético – deductivo. La población estuvo conformada por 76 trabajadores de la empresa "Distribuciones Loreto S.A.C, en la ciudad de Iquitos, se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo 76 trabajadores. La técnica fue la psicométrica y la observación. El instrumento de recolección de datos que se utilizó fue la escala de estrés laboral OIT_OMS, y escala de clima laboral CL-SPC. Para el procesamiento de datos, se utilizó el estadístico SPSS v23, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: Con respecto variable estrés, el 56,6% mostraron bajo nivel de estrés, 22,4% estrés, 19,7% nivel intermedio y el 1,3% alto nivel de estrés. Variable clima laboral, el 32,9% fue favorable, 26,3% desfavorable, 25,0% media, 9,2% muy favorable y el 6,6% dijo muy desfavorable. Se concluye: Existe una relación significativa entre el estrés con el clima laboral en los trabajadores de la empresa Distribuciones Loreto S.A.C en la ciudad de Iquitos (r=-0,336 p=0,003 < 0.05, correlación negativa media).

The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between stress and the work environment in the workers of the company "Distribuciones Loreto S.A.C" in the city of Iquitos, year 2021. The research belongs to the quantitative approach and is based on the hypothetical-deductive research method. The population consisted of 76 workers from the company "Distribuciones Loreto SAC, in the city of Iquitos, a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience was used, with 76 workers. The technique was psychometric and observation. The data collection instrument used used was the ILO_OMS work stress scale, and CL-SPC work climate scale.
