Objetivo: Determinar la frecuencia de patologías bucodentales en los
tratamientos de Exodoncias Dentales en pacientes de 6 a 18 años. Iquitos
2021.
Metodología: tipo cuantitativo; diseño descriptivo-compartivo,
correlacional, prospectivo, cohorte transversal. Población: 588 historias
clinicas; muestra: IPRESS 1.3 Belén 116, 6 de octubre 117.
Resultados: Grupo etario: Belén 6 a 11 años con 73,3% y 6 de Octubre 12
a 18 años con 58,1%. Sexo: 6 de Octubre predomino el femenino con el
60.7% y Belén con en masculino con 51,7%. Nivel de Instrucción primario
predomino en Belén con 94,8%. 6 de Octubre 4to cuadrante con 32%,
Belén en el tercero con 31%. Tipo de dentición: Belén en dientes
permanentes con 75% y 6 de Octubre en deciduos con el 58%. Grupo etario
y piezas dentarias: mayor frecuencia en 06 a 11 años en 5.4 y 8.4; de 12 a
18 años en 4.6 y 3.6. Patologias bucodentarias: 6 de Octubre, necrosis
pulpar 71.8% y en Belén alteracion de la erúpcion dental 53.4%. Sexo y
patologia bucodentaria: predomino la necrosis pulpar con 59, 8% en el sexo
femenino, seguido del sexo masculino con 47, 2%. La necrosis pulpar en
la denticion permanente con 59% y en la decidua con 51, 8%. La necrosis
pulpar predomino de 12 a 18 años con 77,9% y de 06 a 11 años con 44,2%.
La prueba de Chi cuadrado (X2) entre las variables, grupo etario y
patologías bucodentarias: p_valor= 0,000 (p<0,05); se rechaza la hipótesis
nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna.
Conclusiones: Existe diferencia estadísticamente significativa entre las
variables grupo etario y patología bucodentaria

3.6. Oral pathologies: October 6, pulp necrosis 71.8% and in Bethlehem
alteration of dental eruption 53.4%. Sex and Sex and oral-dental pathology:
Necrosis predominated with 59.8% in women, followed by men with 47.2%.
