Objetivo.determinar el impacto de la contabilidad gerencial en el presupuesto financiero de las empresas avícolas.
Metodología, estudio no experimental, transversal, correlacional. Muestra: 59 administradores y/o gerentes que gestionan las empresas avícolas.
Resultados: se determinó que La situación financiera está relacionada con el presupuesto financiero (p=0.013), con el flujo financiero (p=0.001) y con el desvió financiero en las empresas avícolas (p=0.000). El control interno está relacionado con el presupuesto (p=0.001), con el flujo financiero en las empresas avícolas (p=0.023) y con el desvió financiero en las empresas avícolas (p=0.047). La toma de decisiones relacionada con presupuesto (p=0.013), con flujo financiero (p=0.044) y con desvió financiero p= (0.012).
Conclusión. el 49.2% de gerentes y/ o administradores manifestaron que el presupuesto es importante, el 72.9% afirman que el flujo financiero es importante, el 11.9 % afirma que los desvíos financieros son importantes, el 44.1% consideran que la situación financiera es importante, el 45.8% afirman que el control interno es importante y la toma de decisiones para el 30.5% de administradores y/o gerentes es importante.
El efecto es identificado por los gerentes al especificar la importancia de las variables en estudio menor del 50%, el complemento es brecha a cumplir.
