Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación de negocios estudia la factibilidad de constituir una empresa dedicada a la venta de bebidas nacionales e internacionales, con un agregado que se tiene para la venta un plato de piqueo denominado piqueo Mi Perú. Los segmentos objetivos, son personas de sexo masculino y femenino que tienen entre los 18 a 55 años de edad, y tienen ingresos económicos provenientes de las actividades independientes o laboran en una empresa o institución estatal. El estudio de mercado muestra una demanda importante para la compra de producto, con proveedores disponibles en la misma ciudad. En el aspecto organizacional la empresa tiene la forma de persona jurídica, SAC, y en el ámbito de la misma empresa. En cuanto a los indicadores económicos y financieros que se aplicaron al presente proyecto, nos presentan un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) alentadores, de igual manera la relación Beneficio Costo (B/C) presenta valores aceptables de beneficio de la inversión, y el flujo de caja muestra el nivel de capacidad de pago de las obligaciones en los tres años.This business research paper studies the feasibility of establishing a company dedicated to the sale of international and national drinks, with an aggregate that has a plate of snacks called Peru snacks. The target segments are male and female persons who are between 18 and 55 years of age, who have economic income from independent activities or work in a state company or institution. There are favorable conditions to carry out this business idea with great success, taking into account that there are suppliers that will provide us with facilities for conducting the business. An organizational structure has also been determined with well-defined functions for each of the areas and positions in the business. As for the economic and financial indicators that were applied to this project, they present us with a net Present Value (NPV) and an encouraging Internal Rate of Return (IRR), in the same way the relation Cost Benefit (B / C) presents acceptable values of profit of the investment, and the cash flow shows the level of capacity of payment of the obligations in the three years
