Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar y analizar, el comportamiento del destino del gasto y los tipos de los recursos obtenidos por endeudamiento del gobierno regional de Loreto, periodo 2018 - 2020. Referente al gobierno regional donde representa un alto porcentaje del total de presupuesto recaudado tenido por los gobiernos regionales, y tiene una tendencia creciente en el periodo del tiempo observado. Los gobiernos regionales del país tienen diversas posibilidades de endeudamiento, desde las que resultan de las propias decisiones y su respectiva gestión (endeudamiento interno y endeudamiento – bonos) hasta las que son decididas y gestionadas por el gobierno nacional y luego son asignadas a los gobiernos regionales con sus respectivas obligaciones. Del conjunto de posibilidades de financiamiento para los gobiernos regionales se selecciona el tema endeudamiento – bonos. Tanto a nivel de todos los gobiernos regionales del país presentan tendencia decreciente, Esta misma tendencia está ocurriendo en el gobierno regional de Loreto explicada por la mejora en las otras fuentes de financiamiento.
The objective of the investigation was to determine and analyze the behavior of the destination of the expense and the types of resources obtained by indebtedness of the regional government of Loreto, period 2018 - 2020. Referring to the regional government where it represents a high percentage of the total budget collected had by regional governments, and has an increasing trend in the period of time observed. The regional governments of the country have various possibilities of indebtedness, from those that result from their own decisions and their respective management (internal indebtedness and indebtedness - bonds) to those that are decided and managed by the national government and are later assigned to regional governments. with their respective obligations. From the set of financing possibilities for regional governments, the issue of indebtedness – bonds is selected. Both at the level of all regional governments in the country present a downward trend. This same trend is occurring in the regional government of Loreto explained by the improvement in other sources of financing.
