Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la igualdad, semejanza o diferencia en la Gestión Escolar en docentes de Educación Secundaria de las Instituciones Educativas “Nuestra Señora de Loreto” y “Miguel Grau Seminario” de la ciudad de Nauta durante el año 2021.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional de diseño no experimental, transeccional descriptivo comparativo.
La población la conformó 52 docentes de Educación Secundaria de las cuales 26 docentes fueron de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de Loreto” y 26 Docentes de la Institución Educativa “Miguel Grau Seminario”, la muestra fue el 100% de la población.
La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario.
El análisis de los datos se realizó empleando la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de la variable en cada Institución Educativa y la Estadística inferencial No Paramétrica Chi Cuadrada (X2) para la demostración de la hipótesis.
El resultado de la investigación demostró que: Existe diferencia moderada en la Gestión Escolar en docentes de Educación Secundaria de las Instituciones Educativas “Nuestra Señora de Loreto” y “Miguel Grau Seminario” de la ciudad de Nauta durante el año 2021, cuando se obtuvo r = 40%
The objective of the research was: To determine the equality, similarity or difference in School Management in Secondary Education teachers of the Educational Institutions "Nuestra Señora de Loreto" and "Miguel Grau Seminario" of the city of Nauta during the year 2021. The research was of a correlational type of non-experimental design, descriptive comparative transectional. The population was made up of 52 teachers of Secondary Education of which 26 teachers were from the Educational Institution "Nuestra Señora de Loreto" and 26 Teachers from the Educational Institution "Miguel Grau Seminario", the sample was 100% of the population. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics for the study of the variable in each Educational Institution and Non-Parametric Chi Square (X2) inferential statistics to demonstrate the hypothesis. The result of the research showed that: There is a moderate difference in School Management in Secondary Education teachers of the Educational Institutions "Nuestra Señora de Loreto" and "Miguel Grau Seminario" of the city of Nauta during the year 2021, when r = 40%
