Abstract
Se estudia el mercado potencial en sector de restaurantes de una
ciudad de la Amazonía, ciudad de Iquitos, con características flotante en
el río Momón.
El estudio de mercado señala una importante demanda de los
clientes, constituido principalmente por turistas nacionales y extranjeros,
quienes buscan satisfacer diversas necesidades alimenticias,
acompañada de una experiencia inmersa en espacios abiertos de aguas
de un río.
El estudio técnico indica la presencia de proveedores en el
mercado nacional, los medios logísticos de transporte terrestre y fluvial
hacia la ciudad de Iquitos.
El estudio organizacional corresponde a la creación de una
estructura pequeña, con puestos de trabajo que realizan diversas
funciones para reducir costos de personal.
El estudio económico y financiero presenta pequeños márgenes
operativos, que señalan el tipo de rentabilidad y liquidez en negocios de
servicios turísticos.
It studies the potential market in the restaurant sector of the Amazon region, city of Iquitos, with floating characteristics on the Momon river. The market study indicates an important demand from customers, consisting mainly of national and foreign tourists, who seek to satisfy various food needs, accompanied by an experience immersed in open spaces in the Waters of a river.
