Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el acompañamiento Pedagógico y el desempeño en Docentes de las instituciones educativas de educación Inicial del distrito de Iquitos durante el año 2020
La investigación fue de tipo Correlacional y diseño no experimental transeccional correlacional.
La población la conformaron 43 docentes de Educación Inicial de las Instituciones Educativas del distrito de Iquitos 2020.
Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de datos fueron la encuesta y el análisis documental, y el instrumento el cuestionario. El análisis de los datos se realizó empleando la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de cada variable y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica Chi Cuadrada para la demostración de la hipótesis.
El resultado de la investigación demostró que: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el acompañamiento Pedagógico y el desempeño en docentes de las instituciones educativas de educación Inicial del distrito de Iquitos durante el año 2020, cuando se obtuvo r = 64%.
The objective of the research was: Determine the relationship between the Pedagogical accompaniment and the performance of Teachers of the educational institutions of Initial education of the district of Iquitos during the year 2020. The research was of a correlational type and a non-experimental correlational transectional design. The population was made up of 43 teachers of Initial Education of the Educational Institutions of the district of Iquitos 2020. The techniques used in data collection were the survey and the documentary analysis and the instrument the questionnaire and the teacher's evaluation record. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics for the study of each variable and non-parametric Chi Square inferential statistics for the demonstration of the hypothesis.
