Abstract
La investigación que se presenta a continuación describe la potencialidad de realizar servicios contables para todo tipo de empresas de la ciudad de Tarapoto que requieren los servicios de asesoría en la parte contable. El objetivo de la investigación es demostrar la factibilidad comercial, técnica, organizacional, económica y financiera de los servicios contables ofrecidos como tercerización. Al mismo tiempo está compuesto por ocho capítulos: CAPÍTULO I INTRODUCCIÓN: En este capítulo se describe como surgen la necesidad de formar un estudio contable.
CAPÍTULO II ANÁLISIS SITUACIONAL: En este capítulo se observa el contexto
situacional de las empresas contables en su macroentorno y en su microentorno.
CAPITULO III ESTUDIO DE MERCADO: En este apartado se abarcó el mercado potencial, mercado disponible, mercado meta y sobre todo la estimación de la demanda.
CAPÍTULO IV PLANEAMIENTO ESTRATÉGICO: Se considera en este capítulo
todo lo referente a la organización de la empresa como es la visión, misión y valores.
CAPÍTULO V PLAN DE MARKETING: En este capítulo se mencionó el proceso de marketing mix que se utilizó para poder brindar los servicios del estudio contable. CAPÍTULO VI PLAN DE OPERACIONES: Se considera en este capítulo la parte
operativa del estudio contable.
CAPÍTULO VII ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZACIONAL Y RECURSOS HUMANOS: En este apartado se considera toda la parte administrativa, como es el organigrama y cada una de sus funciones.
CAPITULO VIII PLAN FINANCIERO: En este capítulo se presenta todos los estados financieros y el flujo de caja donde nos da como resultado que el proyecto es rentable para poder invertir.
The research presented below describes the potential to perform accounting services for all types of companies in the city of Tarapoto that require consulting services in the accounting part. The objective of the investigation is to demonstrate the commercial, technical, organizational, economic and financial feasibility of the accounting services offered as outsourcing. At the same time it is composed of four chapters: CHAPTER II INTRODUCTION: This chapter describes how the need to form an accounting study arises. CHAPTER II SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS: This chapter shows the situational context of accounting companies in their macroenvironment and in their microenvironment. CHAPTER III MARKET STUDY: This section covered the potential market, available market, target market and, above all, demand estimation. CHAPTER IV STRATEGIC PLANNING: This chapter considers everything related to the organization of the company such as mission, mission and values. CHAPTER V MARKETING PLAN: In this chapter the marketing mix process that was used to provide the services of the accounting study was mentioned. CHAPTER VI OPERATIONS PLAN: The operational part of the accounting study is considered in this chapter. CHAPTER VII ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND HUMAN RESOURCES: This section considers the entire administrative part, such as the organizational chart and each of its functions.
