Abstract
El presente negocios se dedicará a la elaboración y venta de platos
típicos de la región selva, elaborados con ingredientes propios de la zona,
manteniendo los protocolos de salubridad.
En el tema comercial existen diversas necesidades de los
consumidores, con una demanda cada vez creciente. La ciudad de Iquitos
será la fuente de aprovisionamiento de los ingredientes y demás
productos.
En el aspecto organizacional la empresa contará con personal
capacitado y para cumplir con sus respectivas funciones de forma
eficiente.
El estudio económico y financiero ha determinado un Valor Actual
Neto económico (VANE) de S/. 360,002 y un Valor Actual Neto Financiero
de S/.319,448. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIR) de 192% y la
Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera de 363%. El índice beneficio costo
económico de S/.6.34 y el Índice Beneficio Costo Financiero de S/.12.67.
