Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el nivel en que la motivación se relaciona con el desempeño laboral, en docentes de Secundaria de la Institución educativa Ramón Castilla y Marquesado del distrito de Belén durante el año 2021.
La investigación fue de tipo Correlacional, de diseño no experimental de tipo transeccional correlacional.
La población estuvo conformada por 70 docentes de Educación Secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ramón Castilla y Marquesado del distrito de Belén y la muestra la conformó 35 docentes.
La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario de preguntas.
Se empleó la estadística descriptiva, para el estudio de las variables en forma independiente y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica Chi cuadrada (X2) para la demostración de la hipótesis.
El resultado de la investigación demostró que: La motivación se relaciona con el desempaño laboral en un nivel alto en docentes de Educación Secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ramón Castilla y Marquesado del distrito de Belén durante el año 2021.
The objective of the research was: To determine the level at which motivation is related to work performance, in secondary school teachers of the Ramón Castilla y Marquesado educational institution in the district of Belén during the year 2021. The research was of a correlational type, of a non-experimental design of a correlational transectional type. The population was made up of 70 Secondary Education teachers from the Ramón Castilla y Marquesado Educational Institution in the district of Belén and the sample was made up of 35 teachers. The technique used to collect data was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to study the variables independently and non-parametric inferential statistics Chi square (X2) to demonstrate the hypothesis. The result of the research showed that: Motivation is related to highlevel job performance in Secondary Education teachers of the Ramón Castilla y Marquesado Educational Institution of the district of Belén during the year 2021.
