Abstract
La investigación realizada en el presente proyecto se encuentra en el rubro de manufactura; la empresa se dedicará a la elaboración y comercialización de salsas, cremas y aderezos para la elaboración de platos de comida.
La fuente de aprovisionamiento de los ingredientes, insumos y servicios estará en la ciudad de Iquitos, de pequeños productores locales.
La estructura orgánica, responde a la necesidad de una micro empresa; se han determinado las funciones de cada puesto, asumiendo una persona varios puestos.
El resultado financiero, señala un Valor Actual Neto Económico (VANE) de S/. 157,933 y el Valor Actual Neto Financiero (VANF) de S/. 146,798. La Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica (TIRE) es de 150% y la Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera (TIRF) es de 474%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.4.35 y el índice beneficio costo financiero es de S/.21.90.
