El transporte terrestre, integrar cuencas hidrográficas en la región Loreto, año 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo estudiar la infraestructura terrestre en Loreto como inversión pública en la categoría presupuestal a nivel nacional, muestra creciente significativo de 13,286.2 en el 2017 a 16,531.90 al 2022, mientras que, en Loreto, la tendencia fue decreciente y mostro caídas millones de soles cual muestra, que no hay una política creciente de inversión. Referente a la eficiencia en el gasto el porcentaje de lo ejecutado presupuesto devengado, respecto al PIM, a nivel de Perú, el porcentaje no ejecutado fue creciente la inversión en Loreto esta se mantiene al reducirse, en el año 2017 fue 52.15% no ejecutado, con mejoras en los años siguientes. Loreto ha tomado la construcción de la carretera Bellavista Nanay con un costo total de 1,546.43 millones de soles que se da en el primer tramo, corresponde al puente nanay tiene el 42.95%. El proyecto se diseñó en el año 2014 y se ejecutó a los 3 años siguientes en el año 2017 se demora para que empiece la obra. Referente a la ejecución del gasto en el año 2017, hubo deficiencia, por ejemplo: el devengado referente al PIM fue 67% y los años siguientes si aumento la eficiencia.The objective of this research was to study the land infrastructure in Loreto as a public investment in the budget category at the national level, showing a significant increase from 13,286.2 in 2017 to 16,531.90 in 2022, while, in Loreto, the trend was decreasing and showed drops millions of soles which shows that there is no growing investment policy.
