Abstract

El negocio consiste en la elaboración de insumo para la preparación de una bebida regi onal y se pretende satisfacer la necesidad d e aplacar el sofocante calor que agobia nuestra región , e n diferentes presentaciones y elaboradas con las medidas de higiene. En estos tiempos se cuenta con la necesidad de alimentarse de la forma natural, la tendencia de esta corriente es cada vez mayor. Nuestra bebida es un jugo elaborado de forma natural. Los precios son accesibles, las estrategias de marketing responden a las necesidades de los clientes. La principal herramienta de promoción será las redes sociales. Respecto al plan de operaciones, se hace el estudio de costos, tributación y mercados . Los productos serán adquiridos en el mercado local y se trabajará con variedades de insumos. Conforme al plan de recursos humanos se ha elaborados las políticas laborales con el objetivo de preservar la ca lidad de vida de los colaboradores. La empresa se acogerá al régimen especial laboral. La estructura orgánica es simple, las funciones se han establecido de forma clara. Los resu ltados económicos financieros, arrojan resultados positivos, el valor actual n eto VAN) es positivo y con una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) aceptable para la inversión. Regarding the operations plan, the study of costs, taxation and markets is made. The products will be purchased in the local market and will work with varieties of inputs. In accordance with the human resources plan, labor policies have been developed with the objective of preserving the quality of life of employees. The company will benefit from the special labor regime. The organic structure is simple, the functions have been clearly established. The financial economic results show positive results, the current net value VAN) is positive and with an internal rate of return (IRR) acceptable for the investment. Regarding the relation Cost Benefit (B / C) it also shows encouraging figures.
