Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el grado de relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en docentes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 61010 “Fernando Lores Tenazoa”, del distrito de Iquitos, durante el año 2021.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional de diseño no experimental de tipo
transeccional correlacional.
La población la conformó 38 docentes de secundaria de la Institución
Educativa N° 61010 “Fernando Lores Tenazoa”, de Iquitos y la muestra la conformó el 100% de la población, es decir 38 docentes.
La selección de la muestra fue no aleatoria por conveniencia.
La técnica que se empleo en la recolección de los datos para ambas
variables, fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario.
Para el análisis de la información se empleo la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de las variables en forma independiente y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica Chi cuadrada (x2) para la demostración de la hipótesis.
Los resultados demostraron que 𝑋𝐶 2 = 10.13 > 𝑋𝑡
2 = 5.191, gl=2, p<0.05% y
el coeficiente de correlación fue r=45%, con lo que se aceptó la hipótesis de investigación: El grado de relación es medio entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en docentes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 61010 “Fernando Lores Tenazoa”, del distrito de Iquitos, durante el año 2021.
The objective of the research was to determine the degree of relationship between the organizational climate and job performance in secondary school teachers of the Educational Institution No. 61010 "Fernando Lores Tenazoa", in the district of Iquitos, during the year 2021. The research was of a correlational type of non-experimental design of a correlational-transectional type. The population was made up of 38 secondary school teachers from the Educational Institution No. 61010 "Fernando Lores Tenazoa", Iquitos, and the sample was made up of 100% of the population, that is, 38 teachers. The sample selection was non-random for convenience. The technique used in the collection of data for both variables was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. For the analysis of the information, descriptive statistics were used to study the variables independently and non-parametric inferential statistics Chi square (x2) to demonstrate the hypothesis.
