Vulneración al derecho a la educación con las medidas legislativas peruanas por la pandemia del covid 19 en la ciudad de Iquitos – 2020 y 2021

Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si se ha vulnerado el derecho a la educación, con las medidas legislativas peruanas por la Pandemia del Covid-19, en la ciudad de Iquitos en los años 2020 – 2021; para lo cual se ha desarrollado una investigación de tipo básica, con un enfoque mixto, el diseño fue no experimental y transversal, con una población consistente en 50 alumnos y 10 docentes de educación secundaria, utilizándose las técnicas de encuesta, entrevista y observación para la recolección de datos, los cuales fueron analizados con la técnica de la triangulación habiéndose concluido que con las medidas legislativas peruanas por la Pandemia del Covid-19, en la ciudad de Iquitos en los años 2020 – 2021, sí se ha vulnerado el derecho a la educación, por las carencias económicas en un importante porcentaje de las familias iquiteñas, sumado a las deficiencias de internet en esa ciudad, confirmándose de esa manera la hipótesis alterna.
