Abstract
El presente proyecto se ubica en el sector gastronómico, específicamente en sector restaurante, se dedicará a la elaboración y comercialización vía delivery, de platos a la carta para diabéticos, hipertensos o personas que sufran alguna enfermedad, y que debe contar con una alimentación sana y saludable.
En cuanto a la fuente de aprovisionamiento de ha determinado a la ciudad de Iquitos, zona comercial del mercado de Belén, donde se ubican los principales negocios mayoristas, quien abastecerán con frutas y verduras de la tres regiones naturales.
La estructura organiza diseñada para la empresa es acorde a una micro empresa, con funciones, claras, especificas, que eviten duplicar funciones, se busca una organización simple y eficiente.
El resultado financiero, señala un Valor Actual Neto Económico (VANE) de S/. 176,915 y el Valor Actual Neto Financiero (VANF) de S/. 136,218,. La Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica (TIRE) es de 97% y la Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera (TIRF) es de 136%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.3.85 y el índice beneficio costo financiero es de S/.5.52.
