Abstract
EL plan de negocios presenta una propuesta para la constitución de un café sport bar, dedicado a la comercialización de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas con una temática deportiva, es decir, ambientado con fin colores y banderas de los equipos deportivos nacionales e internacionales.
El plan de marketing ha determinado una demanda creciente de este tipo de negocios, y la herramienta más usada para promoción serán las redes sociales, por medio de las cuales se realizarán los sorteos de los merchandising que cuenta la empresa.
Referente al plan de operaciones, se han diseñado de manera simple, ajustados como para una pequeña empresa, buscando satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. La fuente de aprovisionamiento se da en la ciudad de Iquitos.
En cuanto a las ratios económicos y financieros del plan de negocios, el valor actual neto (VAN) es positivo de S/. 31,390 y la tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 37%, el Beneficio/Costo (B/C) es S/. 1.56. Además, arroja capacidad de pago para afrontar los compromisos en los 3 años que dura el proyecto.
The business plan presents a proposal for the constitution of a sport bar cafe, dedicated to the commercialization of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a sports theme, that is, set with colors and flags of national and international sports teams. The marketing plan has determined a growing demand for this type of business, and the most used tool for promotion will be social networks, through which the raffles of merchandising that the company has will be made.
