Abstract
La investigación Control de los beneficios sociales del trabajador de la pequeña empresa comercial en tiempos de covid, ciudad de Iquitos, año 2021, analiza las acciones que realizan las microempresas en la ciudad de Iquitos respecto a las políticas contables que aplican en relación a las remuneraciones y beneficios laborales de sus empleados bajo el marco de emergencia sanitaria por el Covid 19.
La metodología fue de diseño descriptivo y no experimental, con un tipo retrospectivo y transversal, con unidad de análisis a catorce profesionales en contabilidad de microempresas, a quienes se aplicó el cuestionario.
Este problema impactó diversos sectores económicos, en especial a los trabajadores independientes y los que laboran en pequeñas empresas, los cuales se encuentran asociados a la informalidad laboral, como también a una menor productividad.
Los resultados señalan gran impacto en el funcionamiento del negocio, 42.86% tuvieron cierre total y 53.71% cierre considerable; el 83.33% dejó de pagar totalmente a sus trabajadores. El 50% envió a sus casas al trabajador, y de estos el 42.86% fueron sin tener ninguna actividad.
The research control of social benefits of the worker of the small commercial enterprise in times of covid, city of Iquitos, 2021, analyzes the actions carried out by microenterprises in the city of iquitos with regard to accounting policies applied in relation to wages and employee benefits of their employees under the framework of health emergency by covid 19. The methodology was descriptive and non-experimental, with a retrospective and transversal type, with unit of analysis to fourteen professionals in accounting of micro enterprises, to whom the questionnaire was applied. This problem impacted various economic sectors, especially selfemployed workers and those who work in small businesses, which are associated with labor informality, as well as lower productivity. The results show great impact on the operation of the business, 42.86% had total closure and 53.71% considerable closure; 83.33% stopped paying their workers in full. 50% sent the worker home, and of these 42.86% they went without having any activity.
