Abstract

El presente plan de negocio consiste en la producción y distribución de agua de mesa en botellones de 20 Litros, para calmar la sed en las personas y como insumo en las gestiones de los pequeños negocios. El aprovisionamiento de los botellones de agua de mesa, será en la ciudad de Iquitos, conocida por su clima caluroso. Con proyecciones a ser atendidos por proveedores de insumos de la ciudad de Lima. Se ha diseñado la estructura orgánica, se adapta a una micro y pequeña empresa, con las funciones claramente determinadas para cada área. Se acogerá al región Mype tributario.
