Estudio del comportamiento del delito de trata de personas en el distrito fiscal de Loreto sede Iquitos, periodo 2015-2019

Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo describir el comportamiento del delito de trata de personas para tal propósito se planteó los objetivos específicos de describir las conductas típicas, lo medios que utilizan los tratantes para realizar su cometido y su finalidad, así como las modalidades. La metodología Tipo y diseño de investigación El estudio fue básico de diseño descriptivo, en cuanto a los resultados En el año 2015 la denuncias por trata de personas fue de 117 y el 2016 alcanzo 78 denuncias es decir tuvo una caída de 33.34% y en el 2017 subió a 80 denuncias equivalente a un crecimiento de 0.975% sin embargo en el 2018 hubo 86 denuncia lo que significa que hubo un crecimiento de 6.98% respecto al año anterior, y en el 2019 se registraron 98 denuncias evidenciando un crecimiento de 12.30% de denuncias respecto al año 2018... Por lo que podemos afirmar que el comportamiento del delito de trata de personas en el distrito fiscal de Loreto sede Iquitos es fluctuante en el periodo del 2015 al 2019.

Therefore, we can affirm that the behavior of the crime of human trafficking in the Loreto fiscal district, Iquitos, is fluctuating in the period from 2015 to 2019.
