La elaboración del expediente técnico y su relación con la ejecución de obras, caso: mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial urbana en el distrito de Shapaja, provincia y departamento de San Martin

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como finalidad, determinar de qué manera influye la elaboración del expediente técnico y cuál es su relación en la ejecución de obras, caso: mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial urbana en el distrito de Shapaja, provincia y departamento de San Martin. Llegando entre otras conclusiones a las siguientes: • En cuanto al objetivo general, llegamos a concluir que la ejecución de obras (Caso: mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial urbana en el distrito de Shapaja, provincia y departamento de San Martin), está influenciada por el expediente técnico, debido a que, de las 13 afirmaciones formuladas en la investigación, 12 fueron causas que afectan a la ejecución de la obra, quienes fueron jerarquizadas mediante el uso del diagrama de Pareto. • En cuanto al objetivo específico 1, sobre los aspectos del expediente técnico que deben ser mejorados para que exista una eficiente ejecución de obras (caso: mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial urbana en el distrito de Shapaja, provincia y departamento de san Martin.), con la ayuda el diagrama de Pareto identificamos a las causas que deben ser mejoradas, estas se encuentran en el área Poco Vitales, a estos los dividimos en dos grupos, aspectos financieros y técnicos. • En cuanto al objetivo específico 2, sobre la problemática en la ejecución de obra relacionada con el expediente técnico llegamos a la conclusión que estas pueden presentar problemas de índole financiero y técnico. Estos con la ayuda de diagrama Pareto lo logramos identificar dentro del área (Muchos Triviales).

The purpose of this research is to determine how the elaboration of the technical file influences and what is its relationship in the execution of works, case: improvement of urban road infrastructure in the district of Shapaja, province and department of San Martin. Reaching among other conclusions to the following: Regarding the general objective, we came to conclude that the execution of works (Case: improvement of urban road infrastructure in the district of Shapaja, province and department of San Martin), is influenced by the technical file, because, of the 13 statements made in the investigation, 12 were causes that affect the execution of the work, which were ranked through the use of the Pareto diagram. Regarding specific objective 1, on the aspects of the technical file that must be improved so that there is an efficient execution of works (case: improvement of urban road infrastructure in the district of Shapaja, province and department of San Martin.), With the help of the Pareto diagram we identify the causes that must be improved, these are in the Little Vital area, we divide these into two groups, financial and technical aspects. Regarding specific objective 2, regarding the problems in the execution of work related to the technical file, we come to the conclusion that these may present problems of a financial and technical nature. These with the help of Pareto diagram we can identify within the area (Many Trivial).
