Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación, que se titula: “APLICACIÓN WEB PARA MEJORAR
LA GESTIÓN DEL CONTROL DE SERVICIO TÉCNICO, EN LA EMPRESA B&R
ELECTRONICS – IQUITOS, 2020”, tuvo como objetivo general mejorar la gestión
del control de servicio técnico, mediante la implementación de una aplicación web
utilizando herramientas de software libre, en la empresa B&R Electronics de la
ciudad de Iquitos - Perú.
Para el desarrollo de esta investigación, se estimó conveniente utilizar un enfoque
descriptivo, realizándose un análisis estadístico descriptivo, a través de la
recolección y análisis de datos, que sirvieron para comprobar la hipótesis y
proponer una solución. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, para establecer la
relación entre las variables Aplicación Web y Gestión del control de servicio técnico.
El diseño de la investigación, fue pre experimental y se aplicaron encuestas en dos
momentos de la investigación (pre y post test) a un solo grupo. La población fue de
04 trabajadores de la empresa B&R Electronics, correspondiendo la muestra del
estudio, a la totalidad de la población. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, a través
de un cuestionario de 12 preguntas, para cuyo análisis e interpretación, se utilizó la
escala de Likert.
Con esta investigación y su consecuente análisis de datos, se demuestra que la
implementación de una aplicación web, optimiza la gestión del control de servicio
técnico en la empresa B&R Electronics, mejorando su productividad laboral y su
servicio de atención al cliente, al hacerlo más práctico y confiable.
In this research work, entitled: "WEB APPLICATION TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TECHNICAL SERVICE CONTROL, IN THE COMPANY B&R ELECTRONICS - IQUITOS, 2020", the general objective was to improve the management of the technical service control, through the implementation of a web application using free software tools, in the company B&R Electronics, in the city of Iquitos - Peru. For the development of this research, it was deemed appropriate to use a descriptive approach, performing a descriptive statistical analysis, through data collection and analysis, which served to test the hypothesis and propose a solution. The type of research was applied, to establish the relationship between the variables Web Application and Service Control Management. The research design was preexperimental and surveys were applied in two moments of the research (pre-test and post-test) to a single group. The population was 04 workers of the company B&R Electronics, corresponding the study sample to the totality of the population. The survey technique was applied, through a 12-question questionnaire, for whose analysis and interpretation, the Likert scale was used. With this research and its consequent data analysis, it is demonstrated that the implementation of a web application optimizes the management of technical service control in the company B&R Electronics, improving its labor productivity and customer service, by making it more practical and reliable.
