Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre el aborto en
adolescentes de 12 a 17 años de edad de los Asentamientos Humanos de
Cabo López y Violeta Correa de Agosto a Noviembre – Iquitos 2022.
Método: Analítico, cuantitativo, prospectivo, correlacional, diseño no
experimental corte transversal.
Resultados: Al relacionar el nivel de conocimiento y edad de los adolescentes
de ambos AAHH, 18.9%, 19.0% tuvieron conocimiento no adecuado y fueron
de 13 y 15 años, 33.8%, 46.7% ambos sexos, 66.2%, 71.5% solteros; 32.4%
católicos y 34.3% evangélicos, 67.6%, 70.8% estudiantes, 56.8%, 57.7%
secundaria. Al relacionar la actitud y edad de los adolescentes de ambos
AAHH, 17.6%, 14.6% tuvieron actitud positiva para preservar la vida de 12 y
13 años, 37.8% masculinos y 43.8% femeninos, 70.3%, 64.2% solteros,
39.2%, 33.6% católicos, 70.3%, 63.5% estudiantes, 62.2%, 49.6% secundaria.
Al relacionar el nivel de conocimiento y actitud en ambos AA. HH, 71.2%
tuvieron conocimiento no adecuado y actitud positiva para preservar la vida.
Conclusión: Los adolescentes de ambos AA. HH, no tienen un adecuado nivel
de conocimiento, pero si tienen actitudes positivas para preservar la vida frente
al aborto.

in adolescents from 12 to 17 years of age from the Cabo López and Violeta
Correa Human Settlements from August to November - Iquitos 2022.

Results: When relating the level of knowledge and age of the adolescents of
both AAHH, 18.9%, 19.0% had inadequate knowledge and were 13 and 15
years old, 33.8%, 46.7% both sexes, 66.2%, 71.5% single; 32.4% Catholics
and 34.3% Evangelicals, 67.6%, 70.8% students, 56.8%, 57.7% secondary.
When relating the attitude and age of the adolescents of both AAHH, 17.6%,
14.6% had a positive attitude to preserve the life of 12 and 13 years, 37.8%
male and 43.8% female, 70.3%, 64.2% single, 39.2%, 33.6 % Catholics,
70.3%, 63.5% students, 62.2%, 49.6% secondary. When relating the level of
knowledge and attitude in both AA. HH, 71.2% had inadequate knowledge and
a positive attitude to preserve life.
Conclusion: The adolescents of both AA. HH do not have an adequate level
of knowledge but they do have positive attitudes to preserve life in the face of
abortion.
