Abstract

El presente plan de negocios, evalúa la factibilidad de brindar servicio de alojamiento y restaurantes para turistas nacionales y extranjeros El mercado está formado por turistas nacionales e internacionales, quienes priorizan el alojamiento con buenas practicas del medio ambiente. El plan de operaciones comprende el transporte (terrestre y acuáticos) de los clientes desde el aeropuerto hasta el local, el que estará ubicado en zona rural cercano a la ciudad. Se cuenta con un tamaño de demanda importante, que justifica la inversión del proyecto. La empresa estará integrados a la red pública de electricidad y el manejo de los residuos sólidos forma parte de las políticas de buenas prácticas ambientales. En el plan de recursos humanos, el personal será seleccionado de la población local y zona aledañas, quienes serán capacitados en buenas practicas; inicialmente con funciones integradas y remuneraciones que irán creciendo paulatinamente. En el aspecto económico y financiero se tiene el valor actual neto (VAN) de S/ 1,088,069 y con una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 173% para la inversión, en cuanto a la relación Beneficio Costo (B/C) de S/ 4.37.

The operations plan includes the (land) transportation of clients from the airport to the premises, which will be located in a rural area near the city. There is an important size of demand, which justifies the investment of the project. The company will be integrated into the public electricity network and the management of solid waste is part of the policies of good environmental practices. In the human resources plan, the personnel will be selected from the local population and surrounding areas, who will be trained in good practices; initially with integrated functions and remuneration that will gradually grow. In the economic and financial aspect, there is a net present value (NPV) of S/ 681,581 and with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 132% for the investment, in terms of the Benefit-Cost ratio (B/C) of S / 4.37.
