Abstract

La investigación, tuvo como objetivo “Determinar el grado de relación la Gestión Pública y la calidad de obras de pistas y veredas, según percepción de los pobladores del AAHH Eliane Karp en el Distrito de San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2021”. El tipo de investigación que permitió comprobar la hipótesis fue el Correlacional; este tipo de investigación tiene como propósito medir el grado de relación que existe entre dos variables, en un contexto en particular. En la investigación se encontró los resultados siguientes: Para la prueba de hipótesis se recurrió a la técnica de Índice de Correlación, que arrojó el efecto: El índice de correlación muestra que el valor de r = 0.46 y r= 0.72, se ubican en el intervalo 0,40 ≤ r < 0.80 y su interpretación señala que existe una significativa correlación entre la Gestión Pública y la calidad de obras de pistas y veredas, según percepción de los pobladores del AAHH Eliane Karp en el Distrito de San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2021. En la investigación se estableció también que existe una relación significativa de la Gestión Pública con la calidad de obras de pistas y veredas, se evidenció que existe una relación significativa entre la gestión del buen nivel de planeamiento con el impacto social, se acreditó que existe una relación significativa entre la correcta y adecuada gestión de los recursos humanos con el impacto ambiental positivo y finalmente, se afirmó que existe una relación significativa entre la gestión de la cultura organizacional con la mejora de la calidad de vida.

The objective of the research was to "Determine the degree of relationship between Public Management and the quality of track and sidewalk works, according to the perception of the residents of the AAHH Eliane Karp in the District of San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2021". The type of research that allowed testing the hypothesis was the Correlational; The purpose of this type of research is to measure the degree of relationship that exists between two variables, in a particular context. The following results were found in the investigation: For the hypothesis test, the Correlation Index technique was used, which yielded the effect: The correlation index shows that the value of r = 0.46 and r = 0.72, are located in the interval 0.40 ≤ r < 0.80 and its interpretation indicates that there is a significant correlation between Public Management and the quality of track and sidewalk works, according to the perception of the residents of the AAHH Eliane Karp in the District of San Juan Bautista - Iquitos 2021. In the investigation it was also established that there is a significant relationship between Public Management and the quality of track and sidewalk works, it was shown that there is a significant relationship between the management of the good level of planning with the social impact, it was proven that there is a significant relationship between the correct and adequate management of human resources with the positive environmental impact and finally, it was stated that there is a significant relationship between the management of the organizational culture with the improvement of the quality of life.
