Promoción turística Post covid del Complejo Turístico de Quistococha en la ciudad de Iquitos año 2020

Abstract

El Complejo Turístico de Quistococha, es un lugar de entretenimiento para visitantes locales, nacionales y extranjeros en la ciudad de Iquitos perteneciente al distrito de San Juan Buatista, donde también se realizan trabajos de investigación, conservación y reforestación. Se hace mención de los principales atractivos que ofrece el Complejo Turístico de Quistocha; así como describir la percepción de los turistas sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos, determinando los principales medios de comunicación que utilizan para promocionar y a su vez identificar los protocolos de bioseguridad que se implementarán. El tipo de investigación realizada es de tipo descriptiva, así mismo la población está conformada por turistas locales y nacionales que visitaron el complejo turístico Quistococha, el instrumento empleado es la recolección de datos con el cuestionario que fue sometido a prueba de validez y confiabilidad. Para hacer esto posible el desarrollo de nuestra investigación, se tomó como objeto de estudio el centro de la ciudad de Iquitos y lugares aledaños. Finalmente, el trabajo de investigación realizado reconoce que Quistococha tiene mucho potencial turístico y a la vez presenta ciertas deficiencias que debe ser mejorada como la infraestructura y capacitación del personal. Siendo uno de los principales atractivos de la ciudad es necesario la mejora en los puntos antes mencionados para realizar una adecuada promoción e incrementar las visitas, generando ingresos económicos de manera directa e indirecta y satisfacer la necesidades de los turistas que visitan el lugar.

The Quistococha Tourist Complex is an entertainment venue for local, national and foreign visitors in the city of Iquitos belonging to the district of San Juan Buatista, where research, conservation and reforestation work is also carried out. The type of research carried out is descriptive, as well as the population is made up of local and national tourists who visited the tourist resort Quistococha, the instrument used is the collection of data with the questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. To make this possible the development of our research, the city center of Iquitos and surrounding places was taken as a subject of study. Finally, the research carried out recognizes that Quistococha has a lot of tourist potential and at the same time presents certain deficiencies that need to be improved such as infrastructure and staff training. Being one of the main attractions of the city it is necessary to improve on the aforementioned points to make an adequate promotion and increase visits, generating economic income directly and indirectly and meeting the needs of tourists visiting the place.
