Abstract
El presente proyecto se encuentra en el sector restaurantes y tiene por finalidad de constituir una empresa. En el rubro elaboración y comercialización por el servicio delivery de alimentación.
El estudio ha descrito varias necesidades a satisfacer. La demanda de los servicios delivery presenta una tendencia creciente, especialmente en el aspecto demográfico.
En el estudio técnico se ha determinado la fuente de aprovisionamiento que será la ciudad de Iquitos. Los procesos diseñados buscan crear un producto de calidad. En el estudio organización se ha determinado los ingredientes, insumos y maquinarias y equipos para lograr tal objetivo.
Los ratios económicos y financieras que arroja el proyecto señalan la viabilidad y rentabilidad de la inversión, con indicadores positivos que aseguran la inversión.
