Factores maternos asociados a recién nacido prematuro en un
Hospital de Nivel II de la ciudad de lquitos, 2019

La prematuridad es un problema de salud por la implicancia de
morbimortalidad neonatal y de los compromisos que presentan a mayor
edad, existen factores que predisponen su prevalencia
Objetivo: Determinar los factores matemos la relación entre las
características sociodemográficas de las madres con la presencia de recién
nacido prematuro en un hospital de nivel 11 de la ciudad de !quitos entre
2019 y 2020
Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo de diseño observacional, transversal,
retrospectivo, correlaciona!, con una muestra de 346 madres donde 51
fueron recién nacido prematuro
Resultados: La prevalencia de RN prematuros fue del 14.7%; los factores
que se asociaron significativamente a prematuridad fueron madres < de 20
años (RP 3.1 ), > de 34 años (RP 1.62); procedencia rural (RP 2.26) y
urbano marginal (RP 1.73); menor nivel educativo (RP 1.79); nulíparas (RP
2.83) y primíparas (RP 1.44); menor número de atenciones prenatales (RP
5.44); preeclampsia (RP=3.5), enfermedad hipertensiva en el embarazo
(RP=3.5), ITU (RP=3.4), RPM (OR=3.2), hiperémesis gravídica (RP=2.9) y
anemia (RP=2. 7).
Conclusión: los factores sociodemográficos Y obstétricos influyen
significativamente en la presencia de recién nacidos prematuros.
The prematurity is a health problem for to the implication of neonatal morbidity and mortality and the commitments that present at an order age, there are factors that predispose its prevalence. Objective: To determine maternal factors the relationship between the sociodemographic characteristics of mothers with the presence of a premature newborn in a level II hospital in the city of lquitos between 2019 and 2020. Methodology: Quantitative study of observational design, transversal, retrospective, correlational, with a sample of 346 mothers where 51 were premature newborns. Result: The prevalence of premature newborns was 14. 7%; the factors that were significantly associated with prematurity were mothers < 20 years. (R.P 3,1), >34 years {RP 1.62) rural provenance (RP 2.26) and marginal urban (RP 1. 73) less educational level (RP 1. 79); nulliparous (RP 2.83) primiparous (RP 1.44); less number of prenatal attentions (RP 5,44); preeclampsia (RP=3.5), hypertensive illnees in pregnancy (RP=3.5), ITU (RP=3.4), RPM (OR=3.2), hyperemesis gravidarum (RP=2.9) y anemia (RP=2.7.
