Sede departamental de formación bomberil en servicios y operaciones contra accidentes y desastres - Iquitos Región Loreto

Abstract

La autoridad competente en materia de prevención, control y extinción de incendios, atención de accidentes vehiculares, emergencias médicas, rescate y salvataje de vidas expuestas a peligro, es el Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú, que brinda sus servicios de manera voluntaria a toda la comunidad debido a su vocación de servicio, sensibilidad social, entrega y disciplina. El ámbito de acción de esta institución abarca todo el territorio nacional, incluso las zonas que están desprotegidas. En varios años de presencia bomberil en la ciudad de Iquitos, el apoyo a esta institución en temas de infraestructura, logística y prestación de servicios ha sido muy limitado, por esta razón la elaboración de la presente tesis, que se realizó con estudios de la realidad infraestructural y logística que presenta el cuerpo de bomberos en la ciudad de Iquitos, conociendo al bombero voluntario peruano para saber sus necesidades, funciones e historia. Finalmente hemos propuesto un proyecto arquitectónico para brindar a la institución una sede en donde pueda desarrollar las funciones de salvaguardia, instrucción y esparcimiento, brindando los ambientes confortables y necesarios. En nuestra pretensión de mejorar las condiciones y realidad institucional de la XI Comandancia Departamental – Loreto.

In several years of firefighting in the city of Iquitos, support for this institution in infrastructure, logistics and service provision has been very limited, for this reason the development of this thesis, which was conducted with studies of reality Infrastructure and logistics presented by the fire department in the city of Iquitos, knowing the Peruvian volunteer firefighter to know their needs, functions and history. Finally, we have proposed an architectural project to provide to the institution with a location where it can develop the functions of safeguarding, instruction and entertainment, and providing comfortable and necessary environments. In our pretension to improve the conditions and institutional reality of the XI Departmental Commandery – Loreto.
